Baked Marbles

I tried this with five different types of marbles but no matter what I did they never turned out like these. I love the way they looked and the directions were easy to follow but that still did not make them turn out like they were supposed too.

    They didn't turn out because the pictures aren't actually marbles- those are beads you can purchase from the crafting isles at Walmart.

    Were you using glass marbles or plastic ones? Since the flattened out I'm betting that you probably ended up with plastic instead of glass...

    The flat 'marbles' dont work, use glass marbles bake at 400-450 for about 15-20mins then immediately into ice water. I have a whole pile of cracked marbles, ive made them into necklaces. All of my friends love them!
