Pannukakku Finnish Pancakes

In my house we call these German Pancakes, a little easier name, and we love these.  These are part of our normal monthly recipe routine and they are a huge hit.  Everyone loves them and I usually have to double that batch to feed everyone all that they want.  I have even served these at brunches and people always love them.  A great, easy, fast and yummy recipe. A must try!!
