Sliced Caramel Apples

When I tried this pin I tried the caramel first which did not work, the caramel would only stick to the part of the apple that still had skin.  Then I tried the chocolate first and then the caramel and that worked much better.  I love the idea of the slices, so much easier to eat! This way you do not have to eat a huge apple and it does not make that big of a mess.  This would also make a cute gift for others.

  1. I worked at Edible Arrangements for years and 100% the part you are missing is drying the fruit. Seriously it can be done and its amazing :) Take a paper towel and dry the outside of the apple and then dip it. Your world will change!
