DIY Washi Tape

This tutorial is really, really easy but not my favorite for washi tape. One reason I do not like it as much is because your are limited to napkins and tissue paper.  I like having the option of paper because you have so many other choices that way.  This one also makes it really easy to tear so that is also a concern and it does not feel as much like washi tape.  It is cheap and easy to make but I will use other methods in the future.
